Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya. Sales and Telemarketing Executives will be responsible managing leads, contacting prospective customers, engaging with clients to provide excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. They will maintain records of customer interactions, provide accurate product or service information, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales and Telemarketing skills Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively and achieve sales goals Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of the tourism sector is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any other related field is preferred but not mandatory
