Account & Security

How can I delete my account?
Go to your profile or account settings in the seeker or employer dashboard and look for the option to delete your account. You may be asked to confirm. Alternatively, contact us and we will process your request. Note: deleting your account may affect existing applications or listings; see our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a link to reset your password. Follow the link and set a new password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
I think my account was accessed without my permission. What should I do?
Change your password immediately from the account settings. If you cannot log in, use "Forgot password?" to reset it. Then contact us so we can review activity and help secure your account. We recommend using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login details.

Applications

Can I apply for the same job more than once?
No. Each user can submit only one application per job listing. If you need to update your cover letter or resume, contact the employer or support. Withdrawing and reapplying may be possible in some cases—contact us for assistance.
How will I know if I am shortlisted?
When an employer shortlists you, they can send a notification from the platform. You will receive an email (if you have notifications enabled) and can also see the status in your dashboard. The employer may include a description and interview date on the shortlist.
What should I include in my cover letter?
Keep it concise: introduce yourself, say why you are interested in the role, and highlight relevant skills or experience that match the job. You can refer to specific requirements from the listing. Avoid repeating your entire resume; use the cover letter to add context and show fit.

Data & Privacy

Can I request a copy of my data?
Yes. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time and provide the data in a commonly used format, subject to verification of your identity.
Who can see my profile and application data?
Your profile and application data are visible to employers whose jobs you apply to. We do not sell your data to third parties. For more detail on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.

For Employers

Can I edit or close a job listing?
Yes. From your employer dashboard you can edit any listing (title, description, location, etc.) or close it so it no longer appears in search. Closing a listing does not delete applications; you can still view and manage them.
How do I create an employer profile?
After registering as an employer, you will be prompted to create an employer profile employer. Enter the employer name, description, and optionally a logo and website. You can manage one or more employers from your employer panel and add job listings under each.
How do I post a job?
Click "Post a Job" in the header to register or log in as an employer. Create or select your employer, then use your employer dashboard to add a new listing. Fill in the job title, description, location, type (full-time, part-time, contract), and number of positions. Once published, the job will appear in search results.
How do I view and manage applications?
In your employer dashboard, open the relevant job listing to see all applications. You can review cover letters and resumes, shortlist candidates, add them to a shortlist with a description and interview date, and notify shortlisted candidates. Applications are listed with status (e.g. pending, shortlisted).

For Job Seekers

Can I save jobs to apply later?
Yes. When viewing a job listing, you can bookmark it from your account. Your bookmarked jobs are available in your dashboard so you can apply when ready.
How do I apply for a job?
Find a job listing that interests you and click "Apply for this job". You must be logged in. You can write a cover letter and, if you have created resumes in your profile, attach one. Submit the form and the employer will receive your application.
How do I create an account as a job seeker?
Click "Login" in the header, then choose "Register" to create an account. You will need to provide your name, email address, and a password. Once registered, you can complete your profile and start browsing and applying for jobs.
How do I create or update my resume?
Log in and go to your seeker dashboard. From there you can create multiple resumes, add work experience and education (using the repeater sections), and set a default resume for applications. You can edit or add new resumes at any time.
Is it free to search and apply for jobs?
Yes. Browsing job listings, creating a profile, and applying for jobs are free for job seekers. There are no fees to create an account or submit applications.

Listings & Jobs

How long do job listings stay active?
Listings remain active until the employer closes them or until a set closing date, if the employer has specified one. We do not automatically remove listings; employers are responsible for closing roles that are no longer available.
Where do job listings come from?
Listings are posted by employers who have registered and created an employer on the platform. We may also aggregate jobs from external sources (e.g. job boards) and attribute them to the original employer or a generic "External Jobs" employer. Such listings are clearly indicated where applicable.

Technical Support

How do I contact support?
Use the Contact page to send us a message, or email us at the address listed there. Include your account email and a clear description of your issue or question. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
The site is not loading or I see an error. What should I do?
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the problem continues, try another browser or device. If you see a specific error message, note it and contact us with the details so we can investigate. We also recommend checking our status page or social channels for any known outages.
