The Sales Team Leader will be in charge of promoting the company’s brand, planning and implementing sales strategies, drive sales by managing and mentoring the sales team. He will be in charge of the sales executives by setting their individual and team targets and tracking their performances. 

Responsibilities . Develop and formulate sales strategies to acquire new customers. ·  Meet individual sales targets as set out in the target and commission agreement ·  Coordinate with the General Manager to handle all communication, public relations and promotional activities that are guided by the marketing strategy. ·  Coordinate with the General Manager to handle all design, production and distribution of print materials, adverts, radio and TV appearances for broadcast campaign. ·  Liaise with local authorities to ensure our marketing activities are compliant i.e. flyers stamping, distribution, car branding and others. ·  Coordinate with the General Manager to manage speaking engagements, press relations, special events and community outreach programs in order to keep the brand relevant. ·  In charge of seeking trade show exhibitions, social media presence and website maintenance. ·  Coordinate with the General Manager to recruit, onboard and train the sales staff subject to allocated budget. ·  Supervise ALL sales executives, ensuring they meet their individual targets. ·  Monitor daily selling activities, compile sales reports, and analyze data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for process improvement and report every two weeks. ·  Maintain relationships with ALL clients by making regular follow ups and understanding their needs to ensure client retention for future projects. ·  Maintain relationships with sales agents by conducting regular follow ups and organizing meetings to update them on our projects’ progress and discuss sales matters. · Be the company’s internal contact to all outside partners. · Maintain the company’s competitiveness by staying informed on new sales trends and industry changes. ·  Attend client presentations and prepare proposals to be used while pitching new business to potential clients. ·  Prepare projects’ Marketing budgets that are economical but effective. · Track effectiveness of all sales initiatives. · Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends of all marketing activities. ·  Incorporate programs within the organization for training opportunities to better the Department’s skills, performance and overall motivation. ·  Any other relevant duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Managing Director.

Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Real Estate

Skills: Familiarity with local real estate laws, contracts, and risk management procedures to keep the team legally compliant Excellent presentation and public speaking skills Ability to navigate difficult deal structures, financing contingencies, and client negotiations Excellent leadership and mentoring skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to mediate disputes quickly, whether between agents, sales executives or between agents and/or sales executives and clients.

Experience: Proven experience in building a team, onboarding new agents, and implementing training programs. Proven experience in managing large databases and setting up automated lead workflows using a CRM tool. Proven experience in sales of Apartments within Nairobi Proven history of closing high transaction volumes  Proven experience in actively sourcing, interviewing, and hiring productive real estate sales executives Proven history of meeting or exceeding team sales quotas consistently.

Certifications. A valid certificate of Good Conduct RESAP (Real Estate Sales Acceleration Program) CRECS (Certified Real Estate CRM Specialist) KPRA Corporate or Professional Membership
