Role Description The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities within the advertising and marketing production environment. This role includes coordinating workflows on the production floor, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client specifications. The Production Supervisor will prepare and manage daily and weekly production schedules, track resources and materials, and work closely with design, sales, and installation teams to resolve issues quickly. The role involves supervising production staff, providing guidance and feedback, enforcing safety and company procedures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Supervisor will also generate basic production reports, escalate risks, and contribute to process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Qualifications

Strong supervisory skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and coaching in a production or operations environment. Experience creating and managing production schedules and aligning resources to meet deadlines and client requirements. Proficiency in production planning, including workload forecasting, capacity planning, and workflow optimization. Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, and for giving clear instructions to production staff. Hands-on production management experience, including oversight of daily operations, quality checks, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with advertising, print, signage, or related production processes is an advantage. Diploma or degree in Production Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
