Key Responsibilities Identify and track business development opportunitiesConduct market research and competitive analysisSupport development of proposals and concept notesPrepare and submit tender applicationsDevelop new course outlinesReview and update existing training programsPrepare pre-training documentation and materialsSupport training coordination and managementDevelop and publish website articles and contentAnalyze and maintain the client databaseIdentify and support partnerships and collaborationsCollect and compile client feedback and reviews Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Development Studies, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in business development, research, or training coordinationDemonstrated experience in developing innovative curriculum, learning paths, and training solutionsProven experience in business development, including client acquisition and strategic market engagement.Strong proposal writing, tender application, and analytical skillsProficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
