Patient Advocacy: Communicate complex medical updates to families and patients, ensuring they understand their treatment journey Quality Audit: Participate in clinical audits to improve patient outcomes Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from a recognized university. Licensing: Valid up-to-date license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC). Experience: At least 2-3 years of clinical practice. Management is a significant advantage. Knowledge: Familiarity with ICD-10/11 coding and Kenya’s health insurance landscape (SHA and private insurers)
