Manage inventory, stock levels, storage, FIFO/FEFO, and expiry control. Coordinate procurement, stock verification, IBTs, and discrepancy reporting. Handle customer complaints, returns, and GRNS. Monitor stock movements, stock counts, and slow-moving/short-expiry products. Support sales, retail, customer service, and timely order dispatch. Act as Branch Manager in their absence and oversee daily operations. Maintain regulatory records and professional stakeholder relationships. Minimum 1-year experience as a procurement officer or related position Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Knowledge of the Sage ERP desirable
