We set ambitious, industry-leading standards, then deliver on them over and over again, consistently exceeding expectations.PRIMARY PURPOSE This role as a camp Panel Beater, we require a highly skilled panel beater to join our automotive repair workshop, you will be responsible for assessing damaged vehicles, estimating the cost of repairs, and repairing vehicles to their original condition. You will also be required to liaise with workshop supervisor and maintain high safety standards in the workplace. To ensure success as a panel beater, you should have experience with body repair kits, spray painting and welding equipment, hydraulic lifters, and pneumatic saws. Outstanding panel beaters communicate well with fellow technicians and ensure body repair work is done quickly and efficiently. This position is based in Maasai Mara. Detailed Responsibilities Assessing the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customization requests. Managing customer expectations. Preparing repair or modification cost estimates and finalizing agreements. Planning, organizing, and scheduling the workflow. Regularly updating customers on the progress of their repairs. Restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents, mending parts, removing rust, repairing scratches, and spray-painting panels. Accommodating customization requests. Ensuring compliance to industry specifications and safety standards. CANDIDATE PROFILE Qualification: Trade school/college graduate or should have 2 – 3 years relevant technical education Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Experience:                     five (5) years heavy diesel maintenance experience Tire and Lube Technician Experience Must have five (3) years of experience in automotive or diesel mechanics, diesel or gasoline engines which may include fleet Auto wiring certification and experience is an added advantage Basic Gas and arc welding Skills:            Effective communication skills. Good hand-eye coordination. Detail-oriented.
