Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 2 years’ experience in collections/recovery (microfinance or banking preferred) Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in collections CRM software and MS Excel

Branch Managers

Key Qualifications:
