This role acts as a bridge between clinical staff, patients, and the hospital’s executive leadership.  Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant field   At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role.  Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).   Desirable competencies  Strong leadership and organizational skills  Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities  Analytical thinking and decision-making  Basic Financial and budgeting skills  Knowledge of healthcare laws and ethical standards  Crisis management and problem-solving capabilities.
