Valid Class B & D driving licence with a solid understanding of PSV and NTSA regulations. 4+ years of experience managing a fleet of 5 or more vehicles. Experience in a school, matatu or Sacco environment is an added advantage. Good knowledge of insurance procedures, mechanical and repair Strong people skills, problem-solving and cost control with the ability to maintain accurate transport records and handle parent concerns professionally.
