Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Italian dishes following culinary techniques and recipes. Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings, and bake pizzas to required standards. Ensure consistent taste, portion sizes, food quality, and presentation across all dishes. Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain proper food storage practices. Operate professional kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain high standards of hygiene, kitchen safety, cleanliness, and workstation organization. Monitor food inventory stock levels and minimize wastage. Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth, efficient service. Assist with menu planning and suggest culinary improvements where appropriate Requirements Proven experience as an Italian Chef in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment. Demonstrable experience in pizza preparation, including dough making, sauces, toppings, and professional oven operations. Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine, ingredients, and traditional cooking methods. Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols. Ability to handle kitchen pressure during peak service hours with strong attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Formal culinary training, Italian nationality, or background working in an authentic Italian kitchen is an added advantage
