You will design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks — not just write scripts inside someone else's. You will create and execute automated tests across web, mobile, and API surfaces, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. You will work with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define test strategy and acceptance criteria, perform code reviews and set automation best practice, analyze results and drive root causes to resolution, and continuously improve coverage, efficiency, and reliability. You will mentor junior QA engineers on automation practice and tooling. You will need: 5+ years in software QA with a genuine automation focus Strong programming in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C# Hands-on with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and test data management CI/CD tooling and Git Familiarity with Agile and Scrum Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
