You will need: 10+ years across the full SDLC in web-based SaaS, leading Agile teams Hands-on Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS, relational and NoSQL databases Hands-on DevOps: containers, configuration management, monitoring, automation Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar streaming and messaging Extensive AWS and Azure Working understanding of RAG, MCP, and agent-based orchestration A track record building technical roadmaps, and the credibility to defend them BS in Computer Science or equivalent
