The group is Kenyan based and operates through a network of Kenyan branches as well as regional subsidiaries in Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Rwanda, South Sudan and a partnership in Ethiopia.Roles and Responsibilities Support the implementation of brand strategies for company products in line with company objectives. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of company products, specifications, applications, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Work closely with the sales team to support product presentations, quotations, tenders, customer proposals, and product demonstrations. Provide first-line technical guidance on product selection, installation, application, compatibility, and troubleshooting. Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, specifications, applications, warranties, and technical requirements. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electrical Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG door-door in a manufacturing sector. Commercial awareness and ability to work closely with sales teams Willingness to travel for customer visits, training, exhibitions, and product demonstrations Critical Competencies Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong team player with excellent organisational, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to prioritise work, manage multiple deadlines and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Self-driven with high levels of professionalism, discipline, integrity and attention to detail.
