Collections Operations: Oversee end-to-end collection workflows. Recovery & Legal: Manage portfolio recoveries and legal proceedings. Compliance & Customer Treatment: Maintain regulatory adherence and fair customer engagement. Analytics & People: Leverage analytics to optimize team performance and portfolio quality. Qualifications Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Law, or related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage). Professional: CPA (K), ACCA, CCP, or Credit-Management Certification. Experience: 10+ years in banking/microfinance operations, with at least 5 years at a senior management level.
