Mwananchi Credit Limited was incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act (Cap 486) of the Laws of Kenya. It initially started operations under the names Mwananchi Microlink Ltd which was incorporated on 15th April 2010. On 10th January 2012, it later changed its names to Mwananchi Credit Limited.Key Responsibilities: Operations Strategy and Transformation Service Delivery and Turnaround Technology and Business Continuity Controls, Risk and Compliance Efficiency and People Must Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Operations Management or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) is an added advantage. Professional certification such as CPA (K), ACCA, PMP/PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma or AKIB is an added advantage. At least 10 years' experience in banking or microfinance operations, 5 of which at senior management level.
