Key Competencies  Proficiency in general medical practice with ability to manage a wide range of conditions.  Strong leadership and team management skills with proven mentorship experience.  Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, clinical governance, and hospital operations.  Capacity to manage emergencies and coordinate multidisciplinary care.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.  Competence in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and hospital information systems.  High ethical standards, integrity, and patient-centred approach.
