The Company holds exclusive rights to the Carrefour franchise in 38 markets across Middle East, Africa and Central Asia, and operates a portfolio of more than 160 outlets in 15 countries.ROLE SUMMARY The Associate – Finance is responsible for assisting the Store Financial Controller in preparing financial reports of the stores objectives. The role holder is also responsible of the store stock take process form the controlling stage to the validation stage. ROLE PROFILE Support internal audits and ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures. Review and validate payroll to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Oversee stock controls, including stock counts, shrinkage analysis, and receiving processes. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet. Support financial planning activities such as forecasting and annual budgeting. Analyze store and departmental performance to support decision-making. Ensure adherence to finance policies and support implementation of audit recommendations. Assist with monitoring store budget to ensure compliance and highlight possible issues. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Commerce. 2+ years’ experience in a similar finance role. Highly organized with strong multitasking skills. Good time management skills. Good problem solving skills. High attention to detail.
