Identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement. Provide coaching and actionable feedback to sales reps. Analyze performance trends and prepare reports. Participate in calibration and training sessions. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Sales QA/Quality Analyst (required). Previous experience in Sales, SDR, BDR, or outbound sales. Strong understanding of the sales process, objection handling, and closing techniques. Experience with CRM and QA tools. Advanced English (C1+). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
