Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Waziri Coffee’s social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar.

Create engaging content such as:
- Reels and TikTok videos
- Posters and promotional graphics
- Educational and storytelling content
- Customer engagement campaigns
- Voice-over content

Edit short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok.
-
Cover on-field activities and create real-time content.
-
Monitor engagement, analyze performance, and provide weekly reports.
-
Suggest innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience growth, and sales.

Support paid advertising campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Requirements
-
Degree/Diploma in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
-
1–2 years’ experience in social media management or content creation.
-
Strong storytelling, video editing, and content creation skills.

Experience using:
- Canva
- CapCut
- Adobe Express
- Meta Business Suite
- Familiarity with AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Canva AI
- CapCut AI
- Runway
- Other content creation tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency.

Creative mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
