We offer a broad range of HR and Advisory services that enable Organizations achieve their set out objectives, Our services include and is not limited to recruitment, selection service, career management, employee training and development solution, benefits and rewards administration and payroll management.Job Responsibilities & Duties Dispense prescription medications to patients and ensure proper dosage and administration                                                                                                                                     Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust treatment plans as necessary Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients Manage inventory of pharmaceuticals and ensure proper storage conditions Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and  policies Maintain patient records and document medication therapy outcomes Preferred Pharmacist Qualifications & Skills Diploma in Pharmacy or Pharm Technology from a recognized institution Experience working in a busy Pharmacy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to continuous professional development and education Registered Pharmacist with Pharmacy & Poisons Board of Kenya Knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and drug interactions Proficiency in medication management and dispensing procedures Strong attention to detail and accuracy
