Provide entry-level electrical engineering support for safe and reliable operation ofpower and electrical systems at the field facility and camp. Support fault diagnosis,preventive maintenance, test activities, documentation and technical coordinationunder supervision while developing practical field competency.
Qualifications▪ Bachelor’s degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering or equivalent. ▪ 0–2 years’ practical experience; industrial placements, internships or final-year project work in power/process environments advantageous
Technical Skills & Knowledge▪ Fundamental knowledge of MV/LV distribution, transformers, switchgear, generators, motors and basic protection concepts. ▪ Familiarity with electrical testing methods (insulation resistance, earth tests, battery checks) and basic thermography interpretation. ▪ Ability to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams and schematics. ▪ Awareness of hazardous area concepts (basic ATEX/Ex understanding) and electrical safety practices. ▪ Familiarity or willingness to learn CMMS (SAP/EAM) and basic MS Office; basic Excel skills for data logging.
