Manage field payments through open account and other approved channels, whilesupporting the Field Operations Manager and Finance department in organizing andcoordinating operational activities. Undertake general office administrative duties toensure smooth day-to-day operations as directed.**
Education:** **• Degree and CPA/ACCA part qualification.• At least 1 year working experience in a similar role. • Experience of working in the upstream oil and gas industry would be an added advantage.

• Manage Open float• Administer activities in accordance with Petty Cash Policy & Procedures • Enter transactions into Odoo sytem. • Reconcile Open float to Odoo balance. • Prepare a schedule of all outstanding Staff and Department Advances • Maintain secure control of voucher books and paper documents • Keep database of community payments. • Provide general office support for the Field Area Manager. • Perform other finance-related duties as required, such as office support to the Finance team, time writing for field support, specific AP non-conflicting segregation of duties posting tasks, some inventory management task
