At Gulf Energy, we strive to ensure all our customers have a pleasurable experience.JOB PURPOSE This role is responsible for overseeing crude receipt, offloading, storage, inventory control, custody transfer, and export readiness activities at KPRL, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant management of crude oil from transporter delivery through to export. The role serves as the primary Midstream Operations representative at the terminal and is accountable for terminal service delivery, stock integrity, quantity and quality assurance, transit loss management, export verification, and compliance with approved operational procedures. Qualifications & Experience Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Petroleum Management, or related discipline. Minimum 5–8 years' experience in terminal operations, depot operations, inventory management, fuel logistics, or petroleum operations. Experience in inventory reconciliation, custody transfer, quantity assurance, and stock management. Experience managing third-party terminal operations and contractor interfaces. Knowledge of petroleum measurement, reconciliation, loss control, and export verification processes.
