Job Description

The employee will be performing various job duties including but not limited to following:

CNC Universal Cylindrical and Manual Grinding and Surface Grinding CNC Machine Operator and set up Technician: will include the set-up and monitoring of 1 or more machines on a priority basis. The technician will be required to move from machine to machine Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables Grinding mold components to expected high tolerances and assuring that all machined parts have met specifications, fits, pre-loads etc. Verify dimensions of machined parts and products using micrometers, Vernier’s, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, co-ordinate measuring machines (CMM) or other precision measuring instruments. Working in a high precision environment and contributing to maintaining the specifications of design and quality TGM expects that the employee will perform multi-functional duties during short to medium production runs Work in a team environment Work with established TGM standards and practices Complete work that you are responsible for in a timely and productive manner

Other Details

Permanent, full-time position. Salary range: Depends on experience Working hours: 40 hours of work per week plus overtime availability. Qualifications

Completion of College diploma or University Degree is required. 2-5 years of CNC Machining experience. Mechanical ability and understanding of engineering principles. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English. Ability to work in a team as well as independently. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
