This will be an entry level and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under supervision of a senior officer.

(a) Job Specifications **

1. Assists in the development of a functional business plan within in the context of the organization's overall Business Development Strategy.

2. Handles customer's inquiries in the organization.

3. Participate in enhancing corporate customer relations.

4.Designs appropriate systems for evaluating the results of the business development program for analysing perfomance in light of the set goals.

5.Assisting on scanning the market and develop new business.

6.Working closely with the Business development officer in identifying customers' needs

Person Specification**

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields, Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;

2. Proficiency in computer applications; and

3. Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
