We are moving away from traditional, transactional purchasing to embrace a highly strategic, forward-thinking approach to supply chain management. As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic Procurement Manager to take the reins of our overall group procurement activities and lead our supply chain into its next chapter across 270 Rooftop, 270 Cafe, and 270 Office. The RoleThis is a pivotal leadership role carrying full managerial responsibilities. You will successfully transition our procurement function from a transactional "Purchaser" mindset to a strategic powerhouse focused on optimizing the supply chain, significantly reducing the Cost of Goods Sold (CoGS), and guaranteeing 100% product availability across all business units. Core Mandate:Drive CoGS reduction and establish bulletproof supply chain reliability through strategic vendor management, proactive market exploration, and rigorous inventory control to eliminate stock-outs and minimize financial waste. Key Responsibilities1. Cost Optimization & StrategySpend Analysis: Utilize ABC/Pareto Analysis to identify the top 20% of items making up 80% of our total spend, focusing your heavy negotiation efforts on these high-impact "A-list" items. Unit Cost Benchmarking: Maintain and leverage a rigorous "Price Tracker". You will automatically cross-check alternatives or negotiate volume discounts the moment a vendor price shifts. True Cost of Ownership: Collaborate closely with the Product Quality Director to analyze "Yield vs. Price," ensuring we don't buy cheaper, high-waste products that cost more in the long run. 2. Supply Chain Reliability & Inventory ControlPar & Lead Time Management: Define and manage optimal Min/Max stock levels for critical items to enable accurate automated forecasting and replenishment. Track supplier lead times meticulously to ensure reorders happen well before safety stock is breached (including a mandatory 24-hour buffer for unforeseen circumstances). Contingency Planning: Build and maintain vetted "Plan B" vendors for all critical items to eliminate any risk of stock-outs. Systems & Leakage Investigation: Oversee daily/weekly cycle counting batch systems to ensure 100% stock verification every 30 days. Partner with the Stock Controller to rigorously investigate persistent variances or "leakage" of high-value items (such as alcohol or expensive proteins) across our locations. 3. Market Intelligence & Vendor ManagementProactive Sourcing: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the business by attending trade shows, analyzing market reports, and predicting market shifts or price increases. Performance Reviews: Conduct quarterly vendor grading via Scorecards (evaluating Price, Punctuality, Quality, and Responsiveness) to inform contract decisions. Contract & Risk Management: Mitigate sole-sourcing risks and negotiate long-term, fixed-price contracts for key items. Emergency Controls: Jointly manage and approve strict emergency cash purchase protocols with the Finance Manager, investigating root causes (par levels/lead times) to prevent recurrences. What We Are Looking ForExperience: Proven experience as a Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager, or Supply Chain Manager, ideally overseeing multi-site or group-level activities. Leadership: Strong managerial capabilities with the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across multiple departments (Finance, Quality, and Inventory). Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in spend analysis (ABC/Pareto), inventory systems, and variance reporting. Strategic Negotiator: A track record of moving vendors to long-term, fixed-price contracts and managing total cost of ownership rather than just unit price. Problem Solver: A proactive mindset focused on risk mapping, leakage investigation, and operational efficiency. Problem Solver: Excellent knowledge of Oracle Micros
