Our client, a local manufacturing company, is seeking dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representatives to join their team. The ideal candidates should be willing to relocate to ELDORET or NAKURU and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing debt collection, and maintaining excellent reporting and behaviour standards. The position requires extensive travel within the Northern Rift Valley.
Roles and responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned regions. Identify and propose new sales territories within the assigned regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. Follow up with clients on overdue invoices and implement strategies to reduce payment delays. Maintain accurate records of all collections activities. Provide daily sales reports and updates to the Management Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Confirm the loaded product before proceeding to the market. Take care of the assigned work tools including but not limited to the Organization Vehicles. Ensure they are clean, serviced on time, driven, and maintained well. Candidate must have Skills and Attributes: Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in selling tissues. Strong understanding of contacts within the DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS in the Rift Valley and Western regions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
Qualifications: -A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
