Schedule~ Monday to Friday, 400 PM - 100 AM (Nairobi time). Employment type~ Full-time. Main requirements~
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (SDR/BDR, call center, appointment setting, cold calling, lead generation). Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo.io or similar). Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written). Strong communication skills, persistence, and adaptability in KPI-driven environments.
Responsibilities~
Actively prospect clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and CRM follow-ups. Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team. Document all interactions in CRM and follow up with prospects. Collaborate with the sales team to generate opportunities and grow the pipeline.
