You will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategies, managing P&L, and optimising category strategies within the Modern Trade channel. This role sits on the Customer Development Leadership Team and contributes to the overall strategic direction of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation of annual business plan process for Modern Trade Develop and execute customer business plans and category strategies Negotiate trade terms and manage customer investments Manage P&L for customers and channel overall Conduct customer business plan reviews, adjusting Champion shopper insights and optimise promotional sell-out Act as ambassador between customers and the organisation Train and develop key account executives, ensuring team deliverables are met Accelerate Modern Trade growth through promotions, visibility, and innovation plans Lead S&OP process for Modern Trade, leveraging market intelligence Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in Account Management/Field Sales at management level International account management experience preferred Strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills Proven ability to develop and implement customer/channel business plans Experience in optimizing promotional sell-out and leveraging shopper insight
