Qualifications and Experience Required Bachelor's Degree in Education, Christian Education, Special Needs Education, or a related field. Must be a trained and certified ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) Supervisor, with a strong understanding of ACE procedures, protocols, and Learning Center operations. Minimum of 2 years' teaching or educational supervision experience. Experience working with children and adolescents. Strong understanding of individualized learning approaches. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Must be firm and assertive.
