Purpose
As our Inbound Lead & Ecommerce Coordinator in Athens, Alabama, you’re the first friendly contact for shoppers who reach out online or respond to advertising. You’ll set prospective customers on a good path for purchase at one of our 28 John Deere dealerships by helping answer questions and connect them with their local contacts. If you’re a motivated, tech-savvy professional with a passion for great customer service, you might be a great fit.
When customer lead flow is lighter, you’ll take ownership of website pricing updates, support online equipment listings, and complete light automation/lead routing work.
You’ll get a great blend of customer interaction and digital marketing operations, and you’ll work with the sales team across all 28 locations to help drive sales.
Responsibilities
Respond quickly to new internet, phone, and chat leads Make follow-up attempts across phone, text, and email Work with customers to understand their equipment needs and ensure smooth handoffs to in-store sales teams Update pricing, promotions, availability, and product information on TriGreen.com Upload new equipment with photos, specs, and descriptions; maintain accurate digital content used by customers to browse inventory Help maintain and improve lead routing using automation software Provide structured feedback on lead quality and customer behavior to improve sales and marketing processes
Experience, Education, Skills And Knowledge
Experience in inside sales, internet sales, customer service, and/or digital marketing Willingness to work flexible hours, including some nights and Saturdays primarily in the spring season Proficiency in or willingness to learn CRM systems, automation systems, and product and inventory systems Proficiency in Microsoft office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills across phone, text, and email Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Background in agriculture, construction, or landscaping a plus
