π What Youβll Do π High-Volume Prospecting β Perform daily outbound calls and outreach β Execute multi-channel prospecting (calls, emails) β Generate and qualify new leads
π― Sales Execution & Communication β Handle cold calls with confidence and professionalism β Identify client needs and create interest β Overcome objections effectively β Build rapport quickly and position value
π Pipeline Growth β Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team β Maintain CRM data accuracy β Consistently meet and exceed KPIs β Contribute to revenue growth and pipeline expansion
π Product & Market Knowledge β Understand services, ICPs, and customer pain points β Continuously improve scripts and messaging β Deliver strong, persuasive communication
β Requirements β 2+ years of experience in: SDR / BDR roles- experience selling services Cold calling / outbound sales Call center sales or appointment setting β Strong experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo or similar) β Advanced English (C1 β spoken & written) β Strong understanding of sales processes and outbound strategies β Resilience, persistence, and KPI-driven mindset β Must be 21+ years old
