Department: Personal Injury / Mass Torts. 🕒 Working Hours (Non-Rotative) Training Period: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST). Operations: Fixed schedules including late shifts to align with U.S. operations (e.g., 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM local time).
📝 The Role As a Legal Assistant, you will be the backbone of our legal operations. You’ll manage high volumes of cases, ensuring seamless communication between clients, medical providers, and the legal team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain constant, empathetic communication with clients. Coordinate with hospitals, police stations, and insurance companies. Manage, organize, and prioritize a high volume of legal documentation. Schedule and track physical therapy and medical appointments. Support the Mass Torts legal team with data management and case filings. ✅ Requirements English Level: C1 (Fluent verbal and written communication is a must). Experience: At least 1 year of legal experience (Local Kenyan experience is highly valued). Education: Background in Law (current students or graduates). Skills: Exceptional multitasking, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor. US Experience: Not required!
