Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Representative based in Nakuru, Kenya. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting Nia's Residential and Commercial Cleaners’ services, identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and meeting sales targets. They will interact with both residential and commercial customers, conduct market research, and provide feedback to the internal team to improve services and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients. Market research skills to identify potential customers and assess their needs. Adaptability and problem-solving skills to tailor solutions for various customer requirements. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in Swahili and English; additional language skills are a plus. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with the local community in Nakuru is highly advantageous.
