2CT Sales Co. is the closing floor. We do not run a call center. We do not run a generic BPO. We build outbound pods that book qualified meetings and close revenue for B2B companies in the US and UK. Our floor in Durban is staffed by trained operators who run real outbound playbooks: cold calls, LinkedIn, video, email, and the discipline to keep pipeline moving.

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to sit inside a client pod and run outbound for one of our US or UK clients. You own the top of their funnel. You are the first voice their prospects hear and the reason their AEs have a calendar full of qualified meetings.

This is a phone-first role. If you want to hide behind email, this is the wrong seat. If you take pride in working a list until it pays out, read on.

THE ROLE

You will dial. You will write sequences. You will engage on LinkedIn. You will run discovery and qualify hard. You will hand over only the meetings that an AE will thank you for. Vanity meetings get you fired. Booked-and-held qualified meetings get you paid.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Run between 80 and 120 cold calls per day into a defined ICP using triple-dial cadence and structured opener frameworks.

Build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video using our cadence library.

Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and personalize outreach with a real reason for the call.

Qualify prospects against client-specific criteria covering pain, fit, timing, authority, and budget signals.

Book qualified discovery meetings into the AE calendar and brief the AE before the call so they walk in informed.

Maintain clean CRM hygiene in HubSpot or Salesforce: every call logged, every disposition coded, every next step scheduled.

Hit weekly activity, conversation, meeting-set, and meeting-held targets. Report numbers daily without being asked.

Handle objections in real time using Blount and Belfort frameworks taught in our internal training program.

MUST HAVE

2+ years in an outbound role: BDR, SDR, appointment setter, lead generator, or outbound AE.

Demonstrated experience prospecting into the US or UK market. International accent and English fluency are non-negotiable.

Hands-on experience with a CRM. HubSpot strongly preferred. Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Close.io will be considered.

Working knowledge of at least one prospecting tool: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism, Sales Navigator, Clay, Outreach, Salesloft, Smartlead, or Lemlist.

Comfort on the phone. You can hold a 7 minute discovery call without losing the prospect.

LinkedIn outbound experience: connection requests, voice notes, video DMs, content engagement, and Sales Navigator searches.

Track record you can show with numbers: dials per day, conversations per week, meetings booked per month, meeting-held rate, pipeline sourced.

Strong written communication. You can write a cold email that gets a reply, not a templated wall of text.

NICE TO HAVE

Closed deals as an AE or full-cycle rep, not just sourced them.

Built or owned a sequence library, persona doc, or call script.

Experience with Clay, Smartlead, Mailforge, Phantombuster, or other modern prospecting infrastructure.

Familiarity with sales frameworks: Hormozi, Blount, Keenan, Belfort. If you know Gap Selling, say so in your application.
