Agridex is building the settlement layer for global agricultural commodity trade. We move B2B cross-border payments in seconds, not days - on rails built for the way modern trade actually works. Now we're scaling Loam, our B2B treasury and payments platform, across African markets. We want sharp, hungry operators on the ground closing deals with exporters, importers, traders and corporate treasuries.

What you'll do:

Own the sales pipeline across your assigned African markets Identify, approach and close commodity exporters, traders and corporate clients onto the Loam platform Build relationships with banks, fintechs and trade desks who can refer business Work directly with leadership on deal structure and pricing Report on pipeline, conversion and revenue

What we're looking for

Proven B2B sales track record - ideally in fintech, payments, trade finance, commodities or banking Already plugged into the agricultural, commodity or cross-border payments ecosystem in your market Self-starter - we're not micromanaging, we want closers Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment Strong network across exporters, banks, or corporate treasuries is a major plus
