JOB VACANCY – DEBT COLLECTION AGENTS Our client is seeking to recruit highly motivated, experienced, and result-oriented Debt Collection Agents to join our growing team. Position: Debt Collection Agent Location: Nairobi & Field-Based Assignments Key Responsibilities: Contact debtors through calls, emails, and physical visits to recover outstanding debts. Serve demand notices and negotiate payment arrangements. Conduct field tracing and debtor verification. Prepare daily and weekly collection reports. Maintain professionalism and comply with debt collection ethics and company policies. Follow up on assigned accounts to ensure timely recovery. Requirements: Diploma or Certificate in Business, Credit Management, Law, or related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in debt collection or field recovery. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets. Experience in skip tracing and field collections will be an added advantage.
