We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager with 10–15 years of overall experience in ERP solution sales, channel development, and partner management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving indirect sales growth by building, managing, and expanding a strong partner ecosystem across the Kenya and Nigeria markets.

The role requires identifying and onboarding new channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities. The candidate will work closely with partners to develop sales strategies, create healthy pipelines, and achieve revenue targets for ERP and enterprise software solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing partner performance, conducting partner enablement and training programs, supporting pre-sales and solution demonstrations, and ensuring successful deal closures in collaboration with internal sales, technical, and delivery teams. The candidate should possess strong expertise in B2B sales, channel management, market expansion, and enterprise solution selling.

The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of ERP products, enterprise applications, SaaS solutions, and the regional business landscape. Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills are essential. Prior experience in handling Africa markets, especially Kenya and Nigeria, along with a proven track record of driving channel-led business growth within the technology or enterprise software industry, will be highly preferred.
