Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in FMCG marketing. At least 3 years’ experience in a senior or regional leadership role. Strong background in trade marketing and brand management. Experience working with multinational brands and principals. Proven ability to manage regional marketing strategies across multiple countries. Strong understanding of route-to-market and consumer market dynamics. Experience managing marketing budgets and return on investment (ROI). Ability to travel frequently across regional markets. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to work effectively within diverse and cross-cultural environments.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage and oversee the regional brand portfolio and ensure brand consistency. Build and coordinate annual marketing plans across multiple markets. Lead relationships and engagements with brand owners and business partners. Approve marketing calendars, advertising budgets, and promotional activities. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and category performance reviews. Monitor marketing performance, brand KPIs, and campaign effectiveness. Drive visibility initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness activities. Support country teams with marketing guidance and operational alignment. Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between regional markets. Evaluate vendor partnerships and support sourcing decisions based on market insights. Ensure marketing activities contribute to commercial growth and profitability.
