Role Description The General Manager position at Lacasa Complex Limited (Under CanaanEast group) is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi. The responsibilities include overseeing strategic planning, managing day-to-day operations, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency. The General Manager will develop and implement business strategies, monitor financial performance, drive organizational objectives, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. Additionally, the role involves nurturing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications Leadership and Team Management skills, with the ability to effectively guide, inspire, and manage cross-functional teams. Strategic Planning and Decision-Making skills to develop and execute business strategies in alignment with company goals. Sales and marketing experience. Operational Management expertise, including resource allocation, process improvement, and ensuring organizational efficiency. Financial Acumen to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive cost-effective decision-making. Client Relationship-Building and Business Development skills to identify growth opportunities and maintain strong partnerships. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions. Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
