Wheel Loader Operator – Engineering Department (Construction) Location: Miwani-Kisumu We are looking for a skilled, disciplined, and safety-conscious Wheel Loader Operator to join our Engineering Department – Construction Section. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the wheel loader efficiently to support construction, loading, material handling, and site operations while ensuring safety and proper equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities Operate the wheel loader safely and efficiently at the construction site. Load, move, and transport construction materials. Conduct daily machine inspections and basic maintenance checks. Report mechanical faults, damages, or safety risks promptly. Follow company safety procedures and engineering operational guidelines. Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of equipment. Support other engineering and construction activities when required. Requirements Proven experience operating a wheel loader in a construction environment. Valid driving license with: Class G – for construction and industrial machinery. Class BCE will be an added advantage. Valid heavy equipment operation certificate/training. Good understanding of construction site safety. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
