What You Will Do

Develop BIM models for precast erection plans, components, connections, details, and piece tickets Coordinate architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings and models Collaborate with precast manufacturers and internal engineering teams Prepare project documentation in accordance with company standards and processes Support project teams by completing assigned tasks accurately and on schedule Review and check work for quality and accuracy Assist with presentations and modeling for business development efforts Participate in training and professional development initiatives Provide mentorship and guidance to BIM Technicians and junior staff Manage BIM Technicians and other specialists as assigned Work under the direction of precast engineers and BIM leadership

What You Bring

Associate’s degree, technical degree, or equivalent industry experience required; Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Civil, Industrial, or Structural preferred Minimum 3 years of experience producing precast documentation Experience with CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla Basic knowledge of office software including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to effectively work both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills
