Responsibilities Team Management Oversee daily operations of receiving/shipping clerks, forklift operators, and loading/unloading teams. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Performance & Efficiency Monitor KPIs for timeliness in forklift put-away, truck loading, in-storage duration, and loading/unloading efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in operational workflows. Customer & Stakeholder Coordination Address and resolve customer complaints or operational exceptions promptly. Collaborate with upstream/downstream partners, shipping warehouses, and clients to deliver seamless warehouse services. Safety & Compliance Implement and enforce safety management practices across all operational stages.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Experience: Minimum 5 years in warehouse/logistics supervision, with expertise in offloading/issuing operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Excel) and data analysis. Language: Strong English communication skills (verbal/written). Soft Skills: Problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
