We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support the CEO by ensuring efficient coordination of daily activities and executive priorities.
Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar and schedule
Coordinate meetings, travel, and key engagements
Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation
Prepare reports, briefs, and presentations
Act as liaison between CEO and internal and external stakeholders
Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure execution of priorities
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supporting senior executives
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, email systems)
