Join our Finance team and play a critical role in ensuring that inflight sales collections and cash funds are accurately accounted for and deposited on time.

🔍 What is the Cash Operations Associate role?

The Cash Operations Associate (Mactan) is responsible for managing change funds and cash collections related to inflight sales in Cebu. This role ensures that all cash transactions are properly reconciled, documented, and deposited in accordance with company policies and financial controls, while supporting the Cash Operations team in maintaining accuracy and accountability.

🚀 What You’ll Do Change Fund Management

Prepare and release change funds to cabin crew based on aircraft type Ensure all issued change funds are properly accounted for and returned after each flight Maintain monitoring logs and prepare daily cash on hand reports Request loose bills from partner banks and verify deliveries Report any irregularities related to cash handling

Inflight Sales Remittances

Retrieve inflight sales collections from the cash vault Count and reconcile cash collections Prepare deposit slips and ensure timely bank deposits Prepare the Daily Sales Collection Summary (DSCS) and reconcile with system records such as Levarti Prepare discrepancy reports and coordinate follow-up actions Maintain logs for cash deposits and collection monitoring

Other Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing revolving fund replenishments Ensure proper turnover of cash and documents during shift changes Perform other related duties assigned by the Supervisor

✅ What We’re Looking For

At least 6 months of experience in cash operations, cashiering, accounting, or related work Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related course is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently Can work independently with minimal supervision Customer service oriented and dependable
