Isolate defects and escalate unresolved issues. Check automated/manual sealing quality, reject non-compliant batches. Verify woven bag packaging (orientation, flatness, labeling accuracy). Audit manually packed products for defects (e.g., unevenness, missing pieces). Sample-check sorted products. Train new packaging staff/LQC personnel. Validate accuracy/timeliness of line inspection records; coach inspectors. Implement 5S standards for glue machines/waistband mechanisms.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field. Experience: Prior quality inspection experience. Skills: Rigorous attention to detail. Proficiency in defect tracing/isolation. Ability to escalate critical issues promptly. Training and team coordination skills.
