We are looking for an Automation & AI Systems Specialist to lead the build-out and optimization of our most critical system: 🔁 The Automated Customer Journey. This is a highly technical and strategic role, ideal for someone passionate about systems, automation, and artificial intelligence, with deep experience in GoHighLevel, CRMs, and end-to-end automation workflows. 🕒 Schedule ✅ Remote work ✅ Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (CST) 🧠 What You’ll Do in This Role ✨ Design and maintain a 7-stage automated customer journey system (lead → retention). ✨ Build high-converting landing pages, forms, and funnels. ✨ Connect, track, and attribute leads across multiple channels. ✨ Build behavior-based automated email and SMS campaigns. ✨ Optimize sales pipelines, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups. ✨ Design post-call workflows (proposals, invoicing, follow-ups). ✨ Create automated onboarding experiences and ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery. ✨ Implement internal and external communication automations. ✨ Develop retention, reactivation, upsell, and renewal systems. ✨ Continuously optimize funnels, workflows, and CRM performance. ✨ Collaborate with stakeholders to customize solutions for each business. 🛠️ What We’re Looking For ✅ Expert-level experience with GoHighLevel (mandatory). ✅ Strong experience in CRM architecture and customer lifecycle automation. ✅ Proven track record building end-to-end automation systems. ✅ Experience integrating AI tools (OpenAI, ChatGPT APIs, Claude, etc.). ✅ Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations. ✅ Solid understanding of the customer journey and lifecycle marketing. ✅ Systems thinking, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving skills. ✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
