Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Location: East Africa (Kenya/Rwanda)

Role Summary: Looking for an execution-driven Supply Chain Manager to manage end-to-end movement of perishable products from production to final delivery. The role focuses on cold chain management, inventory control, logistics, and ensuring timely, high-quality customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities: Manage product handover from production with accurate inventory tracking Ensure strict FIFO and minimize spoilage/wastage Maintain cold chain integrity across storage, transit, and delivery Plan and execute daily dispatch, route optimization, and on-time deliveries (OTIF) Coordinate between production and commercial teams for demand fulfilment Monitor product quality, traceability, and compliance with food safety standards Track KPIs: inventory accuracy, delivery performance, waste, and efficiency Handle logistics partners and improve distribution cost and efficiency

Requirements: 6–15 years in supply chain/logistics (preferably perishable/cold chain industry) Strong experience in inventory, distribution, and last-mile delivery Ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments Good stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and logistics tools
